Welcome to the House… your home.

Join Steph, The Yoga Psychologist & Founder of the House of Yoga Psychology, for SUMMER SERENITY…

You will be guided in a beautiful integration of Yoga Psychology, through insightful discussion, reflective psychology journaling, embodied movement exploring yoga and somatic inquiry, sound healing and somatic release massage...

As we arrive into Summer, we celebrate the Sun's energy as a peak time of power, growth and abundance. As we follow the cycle and natural rhythms of mother nature, we connect to the Earth's bounty to channel our inner Goddess and flow into the flourishing of our own life....

Summer Serenity Yoga Psychology workshop will cultivate our inner divine power, connect to the strength of the sun as it reaches its peak, explore our own personal vitality to honour the light within.

The energy of Summer is calling you... this is your SUMMER SERENITY!
